Job summary

Nestlé Karacabey is seeking a Project Budget Reporting Specialist to ensure transparent and timely financial reporting across the project portfolio. You will manage budgets, actuals, commitments and forecasts, while coordinating with Finance, Engineering and Procurement to support investment decisions.

The role involves SAP/NIMT reporting, incentive processing with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in investment and incentive reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong coordination skills with multiple priorities
• Hands-on SAP experience: project cost controlling, procurement, asset accounting, GR/IR
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar data tools advantageous

Responsibilities

• Review and report investment project budgets in NIMT and SAP monthly and quarterly
• Consolidate budgets, actuals, commitments and forecasts; perform variance analysis
• Partner with Project Managers for cost reviews and budget reflection in reporting systems
• Review and monitor project incentives with government incentive lists
• Coordinate incentive activities with Import/Export, Engineering, Finance, government offices and consultants
• Validate monthly actuals and budget reports with Finance; ensure compliance with policies
• Prepare purchasing requests for machinery, equipment and services
• Monitor GR/IR differences with Finance and Procurement
• Monitor Asset Under Construction balances and capitalization/completion
• Follow Nestlé investment guidelines and SOPs for documentation
• Maintain audit-ready project financial documentation and support audits
• Publish and analyze financial KPI data for stakeholders
