Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Senior Project SHE Executive for the Technical & Production team in Karacabey, Bursa.

The role focuses on leading SHE across the project lifecycle and integrating safety into design, with responsibilities spanning risk assessments, contractor management and incident investigations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years in SHE/Engineering/PM, including major construction experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in SHE, Engineering or Project Management, including 5 years in major investment, construction or industrial installation projects.
• Strong experience in SHE leadership within complex construction and commissioning environments, including contractor and subcontractor safety management.
• Experience in machinery safety, commissioning risk, FAT, SAT, PSSR and operational handover processes.
• Strong incident investigation, root-cause analysis and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, engineering teams and contractors, and drive timely action closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHE activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring governance, planning and compliance with Nestlé SHE requirements.
• Integrate SHE into project design and execution, including risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Define and oversee contractor and subcontractor SHE requirements, onboarding and permit-to-work processes.
• Ensure safe construction and installation activities, with focus on high-risk work and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain the Project SHE Risk Register and support MOC activities.
• Establish and track leading and lagging SHE KPIs and report to governance forums.
