Job summary

Michael Page in Adana is seeking a Production & Material Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning activities in a manufacturing setting. You will develop and monitor production plans, ensure timely material availability, and manage the planning team to sustain operations.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills, and English proficiency. The position focuses on improving planning efficiency, inventory optimization and on-time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong experience in production and/or material planning within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on SAP experience is required.
Experience in managing planning teams.
Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good command of English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production and material planning processes.
Develop and monitor production plans in line with customer orders, production capacity, inventory levels and material availability.
Manage material requirements planning to ensure timely availability of materials and continuity of production.
Proactively identify and manage potential material shortages and planning-related risks.
Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and other relevant functions.
Effectively utilize SAP in production and material planning processes.
Lead, develop and coordinate the planning team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory optimization and on-time delivery performance.
