Job summary

HAUS Centrifuge Technologies is seeking a Planning Specialist in Turkey to coordinate production planning activities and optimize schedules. The role focuses on creating monthly and weekly production plans, monitoring progress, and updating ERP production orders to align with capacity and resource constraints.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in industrial or mechanical engineering with at least 2 years in production planning, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production order processes.
• Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Aydın.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly and weekly production plans.
• Creating production schedules based on capacity, workforce, and resource availability.
• Monitoring production progress and identifying deviations from the plan.
• Creating and updating production orders in the ERP system.
• Rescheduling production orders according to changing priorities.
• Supporting delivery date and capacity planning for new projects.
• Monitoring raw material and stock availability in line with production requirements.
• Coordinating subcontracting requirements with relevant departments.
• Following up critical projects and production priorities.
• Coordinating with related departments to ensure production requirements are met on time.
• Monitoring production-related data and ensuring planning information remains up to date.
