Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant department
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement
• General understanding of finance processes and standards
• Strong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to deal with complex issues
• End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills
• Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions
• Proficiency in English
• Strong RFX processes knowledge
• Excellent technical procurement skills, such as influencing, vendor management, change management, and contract negotiation
• Strong stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for relevant purchasing categories
• Evaluating the cost, quality, and reliability of the purchased items
• Preparing pre-tender cost analysis for direct purchases
• Finding new suppliers and strengthening the relationship with the current suppliers
• Organizing payment timelines with the suppliers
• Developing new projects to improve supply processes
• Updating purchasing and vehicle management SOP
• Creation of GMN for the SAP records of the items that will be purchased
• Inventory follow-up for the stocked items
• Supporting office management
