Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Turkiye is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing categories, evaluate supplier performance, and coordinate with suppliers. You will prepare pre-tender analyses, strengthen supplier relationships, and support office management while ensuring compliance with finance processes and SAP records.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement
• General understanding of finance processes and standards
• Strong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to deal with complex issues
• End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills
• Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions
• Proficiency in English
• Strong RFX processes knowledge
• Excellent technical procurement skills, such as influencing, vendor management, change management, and contract negotiation
• Strong stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities
