Job summary

The Turkic Investment Fund is seeking a capable Procurement Administrator to oversee internal purchase activities for Goods, Services, Works and Consultancy at our Istanbul base. You will ensure purchases are transparent, fair and economically sound, aligned with the fund’s policies and international best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Law or related field.
• Master’s degree is an asset.
• A recognized professional procurement qualification from a Multilateral Development Bank or international organization is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual procurement planning aligned with the budget cycle.
• Manage the full procurement cycle for goods, services, works and consultancy.
• Prepare solicitation documents, run tenders, and coordinate evaluations for value-for-money.
• Coordinate contract and supplier management, ensuring performance and timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with policies, due diligence and risk management.
• Maintain procurement records, reporting and audits.
