Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a senior leader to develop and implement organizational development, organization design and workforce planning strategies aligned with corporate growth and transformation priorities.

You will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs to boost organizational effectiveness, efficiency and agility, shaping governance and capability structures across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12–15 years of experience in HR/OD/Org Design/Strategy.
• Proven experience leading organization design, workforce sizing, strategic workforce planning and transformation management.
• Advanced expertise in organizational architecture, operating models, governance, management layers, span of control and workforce efficiency.
• Experience designing and implementing organizational transformation programs aligned with corporate strategies.
• Ability to provide strategic advisory support to senior executives on organization effectiveness and workforce strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision making with analytics, reporting and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development, organization design and workforce planning strategies aligned with growth and transformation priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
• Ensure structures are assessed for sustainable growth and guide operating model decisions.
• Lead enterprise-level design and implementation of organizational changes and restructuring initiatives.
• Establish and drive company-wide strategic workforce planning and governance for headcount efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee on organizational development and transformation strategies.
