Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a senior leader to develop and implement organizational development, organization design and workforce planning strategies aligned with corporate growth and transformation priorities.

You will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs to boost organizational effectiveness, efficiency and agility, shaping governance and capability structures across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12–15 years of experience in HR/OD/Org Design/Strategy.
• Proven experience leading organization design, workforce sizing, strategic workforce planning and transformation management.
• Advanced expertise in organizational architecture, operating models, governance, management layers, span of control and workforce efficiency.
• Experience designing and implementing organizational transformation programs aligned with corporate strategies.
• Ability to provide strategic advisory support to senior executives on organization effectiveness and workforce strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision making with analytics, reporting and executive-level presentations.

General Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing organizational transformation programs aligned with corporate strategies,
• Ability to provide strategic advisory support to senior executives on organizational effectiveness, restructuring and workforce strategies,
• Ability to analyze organizational health, employee experience, leadership effectiveness and corporate efficiency indicators and translate insights into strategic action plans,
• Strong data-driven decision-making mindset with advanced capabilities in analytics, reporting, and executive-level presentations,
• Proven track record in change management, impact assessment, and stakeholder management,
• Ability to monitor global and local organizational development trends and integrate relevant practices into corporate strategies,
• Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills,
• Experienced in people management with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams,
• Ability to leverage and integrate AI tools and methodologies into business processes,
• Good command of English.

Job Description

• Develop and implement organizational development, organization design and workforce planning strategies in line with the company's growth strategy, operational objectives, and transformation priorities,
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, efficiency and agility,
• Ensure organizational structures are continuously assessed in line with sustainable growth objectives and guide strategic decisions related to operating models, management layers, capability structures and governance mechanisms,
• Lead the enterprise-level design and implementation of organizational changes, restructuring initiatives, and transformation projects,
• Establish and drive the company-wide strategic workforce planning approach by analyzing current and future workforce needs and shaping human capital strategies accordingly,
• Establish corporate standards and governance mechanisms for workforce sizing, headcount efficiency and organizational capacity planning,
• Conduct analyses and develop action plans to support organizational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and sustainable growth, ensuring effective implementation,
• Define and manage the corporate approach to job descriptions, role architecture, career structures, and organizational governance,
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior management and business unit leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and transformation,
• Lead continuous improvement programs for organizational development methodologies, tools and processes,
• Provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee and senior management on organizational development, transformation and workforce strategies, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
