Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking software developers to contribute to its digital transformation, leveraging AI-first engineering, agentic coding, and modern IAM with Keycloak. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering innovative IT solutions.

You will work on internal IT applications, AI gateway tools, and shared libraries while collaborating with global projects and third-party integrations in a dynamic, sustainable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, architecture and design.
• Strong development and delivery experience with C# and .Net Core framework.
• Experience in AI Tools (Cursor, Github Copilot, Antigravity, Claude Code, Chatgpt, Gemini etc.)
• Preferebly experienced in Identity and Access Management systems (Namely Keycloak and Java)
• Experience in AI Technologies (Agentic Development, LLM’s / Foundation Models , Vector DB’s, RAG, MCP, A2A, Agent Development Frameworks, GenAI etc.)
• Hands on experience in some of the following : docker, kubernetes, rancher, elastic stack, redis, kafka, mssql, postgresql, grafana,kibana)
• Hands on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• An Agile mindset and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban Methodologies and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of Devops, IT infrastructure, networking and security
• Preferably familiar with frontend technologies such as React, React Native, Angular etc.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and develope IT-internal applications, frameworks and shared libraries to standardize and accelerate development process across development teams.
• Manage & Customize Keycloak IAM System
• Develop Agentic Applications (LCW AI Corporate AI Chat Application, AI Gateway, AI Dev Tools etc.)
• Maintenance & support for existing framework applications and shared software libraries.
• R&D and pilot implementation activities for selection and adaption of new technologies.
• Participate in technical exchanges with IT teams and domain architects to collect, sort out, and confirm requirements
• Provide guidance to domain architects and other developers

Who Are We Looking For?
