Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a Buying Manager / Junior Buying Manager / Merchandiser to lead sourcing, supplier relations, and product strategies for the Women's Traditional - Woven Top range. You will drive alignment with customers’ styles and budgets while delivering on financial and quality targets.

The role requires 8+ years in buying/product areas, strong analytics, and advanced English. You will influence timelines, price, fabric and supplier management, building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably textile) or Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in buying or product areas.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing products aligned with customers' styles, needs and budgets for the assigned brand.
• Achieve financial, customer, employee, and supplier satisfaction goals.
• Develop processes, systems and structures to meet transformation goals in timelines, quality, pricing, fabric and supplier management.
• Create a high-performance team climate and manage goal setting, direction, development, coordination and control.
• Ensure accountability by making performance visible across the organization.
