Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Senior Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager to lead budget control and end-to-end logistics performance. The role focuses on cost discipline, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will partner with IT/OT and various business units to implement data-driven solutions, oversee productivity programs, and ensure timely financial cycling and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, with a strong focus on Warehouse and Logistics Operations Management.
• Strong expertise in Logistics Operations, Budget Management, and Cost Control within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end operational performance through data analysis, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics KPIs, with the ability to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive results through data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in identifying and implementing productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization projects across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, performance management systems, and digital solutions that support operational excellence and business performance.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the logistics operational budget with high accuracy, ensuring cost discipline.
• Ensure timely budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and performance monitoring throughout the financial cycle.
• Monitor and manage KPIs across Industrial, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory, and related functions.
• Track productivity initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and contribute to new efficiency and cost optimization projects.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet business and operational objectives.
• Leverage analytical tools, systems, and digital solutions to optimize processes, costs, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and standardization.
