Job summary

ASEE Turkey is seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to provide legal support across corporate and commercial matters. You will work with cross-functional teams and help manage legal risks in a dynamic tech-finance environment.

Qualifications

Turkish Bar Association admission required.
Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, corporate or law firm.
Experience in technology or finance sectors preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to deliver legal training to internal teams.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on day-to-day business activities, identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and other legal documents and agreements in line with applicable laws and Group standards.
Ensure compliance with the Group’s legal policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review corporate documents, powers of attorney, filings, statements, and other legal documentation as required.
Work closely with internal business teams and provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal guidance.
Prepare and deliver legal training to internal teams.
