Job summary

ASEE Group seeks a qualified Legal Advisor to provide legal support to ASEE Turkey across corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering legal training to internal teams. Fluent English and Turkish Bar status are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and admission to the Turkish Bar Association.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience in corporate or law firm settings.
• Experience in technology or finance sectors preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to deliver training and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day business activities, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and other legal documents according to laws and group standards.
• Ensure compliance with the group’s policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review corporate documents, powers of attorney, filings, statements, complaints, and other legal paperwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
• Prepare and deliver legal training to internal teams.

About The Role

We are looking for a qualified Legal Advisor to provide legal support to ASEE Turkey across a range of corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative legal professional with strong analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will provide legal support across various business activities, work closely with different teams, and contribute to the effective management of legal matters and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and admission to the Turkish Bar Association.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or a reputable law firm.
• Previous experience in or solid knowledge of the Technology or Finance sector is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver legal training to internal teams.
• Experience in payment systems, fintech, or financial technologies is considered a plus.
