Job summary

Publicis Groupe Türkiye’s Influential TR brand is seeking an Account & Activation Manager to own end-to-end client relationships in influencer marketing. You will translate briefs into creator strategies, lead multi-brand campaigns, and coordinate with Strategy, Tech & Data, Operations and Finance to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage multiple brands simultaneously, negotiate with creators and agencies, and ensure quality control across briefs, decks and reports, while collaborating

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of influencer marketing experience, with multi-client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of client accounts and translate briefs into creator strategies and plans.
• Lead campaign lifecycle from creator selection to reporting, ensuring budgets and margins are within scope.
• Build strong relationships with creators, agencies and strategic partners; manage negotiations and terms.
• Coach and develop Executives; coordinate with Strategy, Tech & Data, Operations and Finance.
• Apply global playbooks and tools to local client work and improve templates and processes.
