Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience running or supporting creator campaigns: briefing, approvals, tracking and reporting.
• Real knowledge of the Türkiye creator scene on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; you follow it because you enjoy it.
• Strong organisational skills; you can keep several campaigns and dozens of creators on track at the same time without losing details.
• Clear, polite and persistent communicator, with creators, agencies and clients alike.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; able to build a clean tracker and a simple report.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Research, shortlist and profile content creators for each brief using Captiv8, our internal tools, and your market knowledge; prepare selection rationales for the Manager and the client.
• Contact creators and talent agencies, collect availability and fees, and support negotiations.
• Prepare creator briefs, contracts and content calendars; ensure every collaborator knows what, when and how to post.
• Manage content approval process: collect drafts, check against brief and brand safety, route to client and track revisions.
• Monitor live campaigns daily; confirm posts go live correctly, flag issues early and keep the team informed.
• Collect performance data, keep trackers accurate and prepare wrap-up reports with Tech & Data team.
• Turn numbers into insights: what worked, what did not, and recommendations for next time.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes and follow-up lists for client accounts; join client calls and take ownership of action items.
• Support proposals and pitches with research, creator lists, cost estimates and slides.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance so creator contracts, invoices and payments are completed correctly and on time.
• Keep the team’s creator database and relationship notes up to date.
• Follow platform updates, creator trends, competitor campaigns and new formats in Türkiye and abroad; share key insights with the team.
