You’ll contribute bold ideas and innovative concepts as a key member of the creative team. The role involves leading sessions, aligning copy with design, and crafting copy across social, digital, video, print, radio, and mobile channels while driving CRM campaigns

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio with traditional campaigns and CRM/direct marketing.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel brand engagement.
• Data-driven and personalized content experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and turn ideas into clear, actionable concepts.
• Align copy and design, making minor adjustments to ensure seamless execution.
• Write and edit across social, digital, video, print, radio, and mobile channels.
• Create CRM and personalized campaigns (email, SMS, push, dynamic content).
• Manage projects from concept to delivery and mentor junior team members.
• Pitch creative ideas for new business opportunities.
