Job summary

Publicis Groupe Turkey in Istanbul seeks an Account Executive to support day-to-day management of client accounts and campaigns. You will coordinate between clients, internal teams, and agency partners to ensure on-time delivery and campaign success.

You will help develop integrated campaigns, track timelines, and prepare client presentations while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, creative, digital, media agency, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Passion for advertising, brands, creativity, and evolving communications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client accounts and campaigns.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients, internal teams, and agency partners.
• Support development and execution of integrated campaigns from briefing through delivery.
• Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
• Build a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry, objectives, KPIs.
• Prepare and support client presentations, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Keep clients and internal teams informed of progress, decisions, and actions.
• Work with creative, strategy, media, production and other teams to coordinate deliverables.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and deliver high-quality client service.
