Job summary

METRO Türkiye is seeking a Senior Procurement professional to translate business needs into concrete GNFR procurement plans and manage supplier relationships across stores and head office. You will oversee contracts, pricing, and catalogs in SAP Ariba while ensuring a stable supply of office materials and services.

The role requires 8+ years of indirect procurement experience, strong English skills, and knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar SRM systems within an international retail/omnichannel

Qualifications

• English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Experience in indirect procurement/non-trade procurement across GNFR categories.
• Strong skills in tendering, contracting, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Translate purchasing needs into procurement plans with business units.
• Manage procurement and supplier management across GNFR categories.
• Oversee end-to-end indirect procurement, contracts, pricing, and catalog maintenance in SAP Ariba.
• Coordinate contract signing, archiving, and supplier catalog updates.
• Ensure continuous supply of office, consumables, furniture and related products.
