Responsibilities

• Define company strategies and targets per Board policies.
• Achieve profitability targets through decisive actions.
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Make data-based investment & technology decisions.
• Develop new business plans to grow the business.
• Ensure strategic plans exist for all functions and cascade targets.
• Oversee performance management and leadership development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure ISO compliance across systems.
