Job summary

BNP Paribas Cardif in Turkey seeks a seasoned Budgeting, Reporting and Financial Planning professional to strengthen its finance function. You will analyze variances, consolidate group reports and support management with in-depth financial planning and cost modeling.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FP&A/audit, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication in English. Hybrid work flexibility is offered with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Budgeting, Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis or related fields.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of audit experience
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork
• High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets
• Knowledgeable in the preparation analysis of financial statements and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Have advanced written and verbal communication knowledge of English
• Highly analytical mindset with the close attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to clearly communicate financial data, insights, and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Take an effective role in Budget Process
• Prepare analysis of variances from budget
• Consolidate data from related departments to prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Group Financial Reports
• Prepare regular cost reports
• Support top management with ad hoc reports, financial planning and in-depth analysis
• Carry out Cost Modeling and Profitability Studies
• Support related business units/departments on budget and financial reporting issues
• Prepare performance reports and weekly activity reports
