Job summary

KONE Türkiye is seeking an experienced Business Controlling Manager to partner with business leaders and drive performance through robust financial planning and analysis. You will translate data into actionable insights, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to the Financial Control Model.

The role requires deep FP&A expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting and consolidation tools, and BI applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with business leaders as the key finance advisor.
• Develop understanding of operations, performance drivers, and KPIs.
• Evaluate industry, economic, and market trends for performance insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor management and financial reporting, variances, and KPI accuracy.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with key assumptions and parameters.
• Consolidate and report plans and forecasts on deadlines.
• Contribute to pipeline analysis and scenario planning.
