Job summary

Lidya Madencilik is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Corporate Finance Manager / Assistant Manager to join its growing team in Türkiye. The role requires leading and supporting a broad range of strategic and financial initiatives, including M&A, project finance, lender relations, investment analysis, and financial modelling.

You will work closely with senior management, shareholders, and external advisors to drive value in mining and natural resources projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
• 5–8 years in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, M&A advisory, private equity, or banking.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience in mining, metals, energy, infrastructure or capital-intensive industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead M&A, joint venture, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
• Lead project finance and debt financing processes, including lender communication and due diligence.
• Support banking relationships, financing alternatives, and covenant tracking.
• Prepare reports, board materials, investment memoranda, market analyses, and decision-support documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, financial advisors, banks and external stakeholders.
• Monitor mining, commodities, financing trends in Türkiye and international markets.
