Job summary

BioMar Sagun invites an accomplished Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager to join the leadership team in Türkiye. You will oversee finance, accounting, HR, and administration, driving governance, risk management, and financial performance to support sustainable growth.

In this role, you’ll translate strategic objectives into robust financial plans, lead budgeting and forecasting, and develop internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience within finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative functions.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and Turkish labor legislation.
• Experience with corporate risk management, internal control systems, compliance, business continuity planning, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting processes comply with all applicable regulations and legislation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial analysis, and management reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls, risk management practices, compliance processes, and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee administrative affairs, procurement activities, facility management, fleet operations, contract administration, and general support services.
• Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administrative teams, including recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, and employee relations.
