Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Commercial Manager to develop client relationships and drive net sales growth across key markets and client segments within the Financial Services industry. You will expand our customer base, identify new opportunities, and increase subscription revenue through strong relationships.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales, consultative engagement, and coordinating with Marketing, Product, and Sales Specialists.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant sales or commercial experience.
Demonstrated interest in global energy and commodities markets.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills across the full sales cycle.
Strong client relationship management with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex information.
Experience managing complex multinational client relationships is desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales process to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Employ consultative sales techniques to develop referrals and maintain a strong pipeline.
Identify and engage prospective customer groups, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Sales Specialists.
Develop new relationships while increasing subscription value and expanding the client base.
Build long-term relationships by understanding client priorities and requirements.
Position S&P Global Energy products and solutions based on customer needs.
