Job summary

Mastercard in the Services team seeks a Creative Manager (Copy) for the Advisors Creative Desk. You will lead and manage creative work from brief to delivery, shaping high-quality copy across brand narratives, scripts, digital, social, video, print, and direct-response materials.

You will translate strategy into on-brand ideas, collaborate with the Creative Manager (Art) and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior talent, present ideas in reviews, and stay ahead of trends. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of copywriting experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience leading creative direction for integrated campaigns across channels.
• Strong portfolio of brand-building and integrated work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative work from brief to delivery, and motivate teams.
• Write and develop copy across formats including brand narratives and scripts.
• Collaborate with disciplines to deliver high-quality work on time.
