Job summary

Servier is seeking a seasoned Business Excellence Director to partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team, guiding data-driven decisions, digital transformation and an enhanced engagement model across the organization.

The role oversees Performance Effectiveness, Data & BI, CRM excellence, and omnichannel platforms, aligning with global initiatives and local affiliate priorities while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Excellence, Commercial & Promotion Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI or Strategy.
• Experience with analytics, CRM, reporting systems and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness and BI initiatives across the organization.
• Advise the General Manager and Leadership Team with insights, performance analysis and recommendations.
• Drive segmentation, territory design, incentives, productivity and commercial effectiveness priorities.
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems and KPI tracking for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to implement omnichannel and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Govern CRM and other promotional/commercial business tools and ensure compliance.
