Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a talented B2B Planning & Logistics Executive to join the Supply Chain Department in Istanbul. You will coordinate demand, orders, and logistics for B2B customers, aligning with production and stock plans while ensuring high customer service levels.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in planning or logistics, with strong analytical and coordination skills, plus knowledge of SAP and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Preferably 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or similar role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SAP.
Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Collect and consolidate B2B customer demand forecasts and orders, ensuring alignment with production plans and available stock.
Coordinate production and supply planning for B2B customers in collaboration with Plant Logistics and Scheduling teams.
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and follow up on delivery schedules and transportation processes.
Monitor service levels, identify supply and logistics risks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on demand, inventory, orders, and logistics performance.
Support budget monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and logistics processes.
