Job summary

Ferrero in Istanbul seeks a talented B2B Planning & Logistics Executive to coordinate demand, orders, and logistics within the Supply Chain Department. The role reports to the Türkiye Planning Manager and collaborates with Plant Logistics and Scheduling teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in planning/logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP, English, and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate B2B customer demand forecasts and orders, ensuring alignment with production plans and stock.
• Coordinate production and supply planning with Plant Logistics and Scheduling teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and customer orders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Monitor service levels and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on demand, inventory, orders, and logistics performance.
• Support budget monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and logistics processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated B2B Planning & Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain Department in Istanbul. Reporting directly to the HCo Türkiye Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating B2B customer demand, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring product availability, effective planning, and timely deliveries, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate B2B customer demand forecasts and orders, ensuring alignment with production plans and available stock
• Coordinate production and supply planning for B2B customers in collaboration with Plant Logistics and Scheduling teams
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and follow up on delivery schedules and transportation processes
• Monitor service levels, identify supply and logistics risks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports on demand, inventory, orders, and logistics performance
• Support budget monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and logistics processes

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
