Job summary

Grand Hyatt Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Manager to oversee the Stewarding Department and ensure a clean, organized back-of-house across kitchens, outlets and banquets. You will control costs and provide clean operating equipment aligned with business levels.

The role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards, coordinating with Food & Beverage teams and delivering seamless service during events, while upholding Grand Hyatt's hospitality values and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
