Job summary

Supermicro in Türkiye seeks a Sr. Technology Enablement Manager to drive AI/ML opportunities in the Turkish market.

You will translate client requirements into optimized AI and GPU-accelerated solutions, working with Sales, Engineering and regional partners to win enterprise and public-sector deals. The role requires strong communication in Turkish and English, 5+ years in technology roles, and willingness to travel across Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer hardware or a related field.
• 5+ years of system-technology experience, preferably in Türkiye or regional markets.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Understanding of GPU/accelerator technologies (GPUs, TPUs, IPUs, FPGAs).
• Strong communication with customers; fluent Turkish and English required.
• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Türkiye PC/server market trends and AI adoption.
• Willingness to travel within Türkiye.

Job Summary:

The (Sr.) Technology Enablement Manager will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly focused Technology Enablement team responsible for developing new and expanding existing opportunities in the Turkish and broader regional IT market, with a strong focus on AI/ML workloads, GPU Acceleration, and the suites of advanced solutions supporting these domains. The ideal candidate will translate business and technical requirements from Turkish enterprise, public-sector, and service-provider clients into optimized solutions. This role partners closely with cross-functional engineering, Business Development Managers (BDMs), sales teams, and local channel partners to deliver solutions to end customers across Türkiye.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Supermicro AI solutions and products to customers on site in Türkiye, through remote webinars, and at local/regional events & tradeshows.
• Become a thought leader on Supermicro AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions tailored to Turkish market needs (enterprise, data-center, cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployments).
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, Operations, and local partners to provide and support AI/ML and Deep Learning computing solutions.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on GPUs, Enterprise AI, AI in cloud, hybrid-cloud computing, and on-prem environments using state-of-the-art technologies; act as a trusted advisor to influential decision makers in Turkish organizations.
• Deliver product trainings to internal teams, sales teams, channel partners, and customers in Türkiye.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design data-center AI solution proposals that influence and win enterprise and public-sector decisions on RFIs and RFPs in the Turkish market.
• Assist sales and help approve customer configurations suited to local requirements, infrastructure, and regulations.
• Travel within Türkiye (and occasionally regionally) to meet customers and support opportunity development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience within computer hardware technology is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of system technology-related experience preferred (experience in the Turkish or regional market is a strong advantage).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Understanding of acceleration technologies including GPUs, TPUs, IPUs & FPGAs.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with customers; fluency in Turkish and English is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of PC/server market trends, data-center growth, AI adoption, and Supermicro customer needs specifically in Türkiye.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Türkiye to meet customers.
