Job summary

ROSWO is seeking a Senior Art Director with a strong eye for ideas and execution to lead concept development and visual storytelling across campaigns. The role requires the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual worlds and to contribute to work that can compete at Cannes Lions level.

You will develop campaigns, craft KV scenes, and collaborate with copywriters to create integrated work while maintaining high craft across formats and presenting work with the creative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at creative advertising agencies.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• A portfolio showing both strong ideas and crafted execution.
• Experience across campaigns, film and integrated advertising.
• Familiarity with AI visual tools and workflows.
