Job summary

Sharpcake is seeking a Senior or Mid level Art Director to contribute across all creative processes. You will lead visual concepts for digital channels, from social content to banners and mailings, ensuring high-performing designs.

You will bring 5+ years in digital advertising, strong direction, brand understanding and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. UI experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in digital services, media or advertising.
• Strong creative direction and brand understanding.
• Knowledge of design principles and digital trends.
• Create concepts for social, display, video advertising networks.
• Prepare visuals for websites, banners, mailings, and videos.
• Produce visuals for social media content for brands.
• Motion graphics storyboard design experience.
• UI experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Strong interest in digital advertising.
• Multifunctional, fast learner and problem solver.

Job description

We are looking for Senior or Mid level Art Director to contribute to all creative processes as part of the creative team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Mainly create forms of visual communication, ofter related to an idea, image or brand in the digital landscape.
• He/she will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital design elements from concept design to display banners, from social media contents to mailings, newsletters, or any.
• He/she will also be accountable for creating high-performing designs. This means that, beyond just creating an attractive visual, you will need to keep in mind your desired audience and how to capture their interest. In some cases, you may be asked to test several different iterations of a design to see which one performs the best.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from related fields,
• With at least 5 years expertise in the industry of digital services, products, media or advertising,
• Strong creative direction, understanding brand expectations,
• Having a command of basic design principles and following digital communication trends,
• Producing design concepts for various advertising networks (social media, display, video),
• Preparing different visuals such as website, banner, mailing, video scenes,
• Preparing the visuals of the content required for the social media of the brands,
• Able to produce motion graphics storyboard design,
• UI experience is a plus,
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications,
