KIMM is a creative agency working on international projects for global brands, with a strong focus on healthcare, nutrition and lighting industries. We’re a positive, collaborative and open-minded team where ideas are shared freely and good work is built together.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than execute a brief. You should be able to develop original campaign ideas, create strong visual concepts, and carry them through hands‑on design execution. On selected projects, you will also help shape the overall visual direction.

Must have

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A strong portfolio showing campaign concepts and original thinking
• Fluency in Turkish
• Professional English
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Nice to have

• Experience working on international accounts
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging creative technologies
