Job summary

Havas Istanbul is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to lead visual design across print, TV, digital and collateral materials. You will supervise the design team, develop original concepts with the project team, and present work to executive client stakeholders.

The Senior Art Director creates designs that are on-brand and on-strategy, guiding the department and ensuring high-quality output for campaigns and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in creative direction and visual design across print, TV, digital and collateral materials.
• Ability to supervise and mentor a design team and coordinate with project teams.
• Strong presentation skills for executive-level client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorms conceptual directions independently and as part of an integrated team.
• Translates ideas into high caliber designs while maintaining brand continuity and usability.
• Leads photo and video shoots planning and broadcast production.
• Develops creative materials for brand campaigns and client presentations.
• Collaborates with Creative Director, Art Directors, and Copywriters to refine concepts.
• Leads group reviews and client/internal creative review meetings, presenting work clearly.

Job Description :

An experienced specialist who is responsible for the visual creation of print, TV, digital and collateral material; supervises others and has some client contact. Responsible for developing creative concepts and approaches with the project team, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution. Typically presents work to executive level client stakeholders. The Senior Art Director creates designs and delivers meaningful, on-strategy creative. The Senior Art Director is someone who is passionate about their brand team’s work and advancing the agency’s creative.

• Brainstorms conceptual directions, both independently and as part of an integrated team.
• Translates words and ideas into high caliber conceptual designs that engage, enlighten and inspire, maintaining campaign and brand continuity and interactive usability.
• Has experience in planning and managing photo and video shoots and broadcast production.
• Develops a variety of creative materials for brand campaigns, social media efforts, digital activations, and printed materials for agency clients. In addition, create assets for prospective client presentations, in-house communications, and anything else our clients or new business needs demand.
• Collaborates with Creative Director, Art Directors and Copywriters to revise work and refine concepts.
• Leads group reviews of creative work, adding perspective and taking direction as needed.
• Leads client and internal creative review meetings, professionally and passionately presenting the department’s work, persuasively explaining design rationale to non-designers, collecting and absorbing feedback and offering solutions in real time.
• Guides other designers in the development of all skills relevant to their growth as professional designers.
• Keep current on advertising campaigns, design trends, and industry technology, sharing findings with the department to facilitate new ways of thinking, working, and problem solving.#LI-DNI
