Job summary

Eco Providers Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator – Electrical Installations to organise day-to-day delivery of domestic Solar PV and battery storage installations from our Longridge office.

You will coordinate schedules, resources and documentation, ensuring work is technically ready, compliant with BS 7671 and ready for NICEIC/MCS audits. The role requires strong organisation, practical electrical knowledge and the ability to liaise with installers, customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BS 7671 and electrical installation requirements.
• Knowledge or experience of G98/G99 DNO applications and approvals.
• Experience within a NICEIC-registered and/or MCS-certified business, including audit preparation.
• Experience with Solar PV and battery storage, basic understanding of domestic solar system design; EV charging experience would be advantageous.
• A recognised electrical installation qualification and current 18th Edition qualification are highly desirable; inspection and testing and renewable technology qualifications would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain installation schedules across domestic Solar PV and battery programmes.
• Coordinate installation activity and ensure agreed programme, service, compliance and customer standards are met.
• Ensure each installation is ready to proceed with correct job information, documentation, access arrangements, materials and customer confirmations.
• Monitor live installations, completion dates and remedials; resolve delays and issues.
• Provide regular delivery updates to the Operations Director and track risks affecting programme, quality or customer experience.
