Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.

• Strong expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and engineering metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Sharp decision‑making and problem‑solving ability in high‑stakes environments.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Baku, Azerbaijan.
• Nice to Have Experience in the gaming, fintech, or platform‑as‑a‑service industries.
• Familiarity with payments infrastructure, user‑facing APIs, or developer tools.
