Tanı is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and evolve our Loyalty & CRM platform, focusing on backend services and cloud-native microservices.

You will work with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable software, participate in architecture decisions, and help ensure quality, performance, and multi-tenant scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases; Oracle a plus.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Front-end familiarity with React is a plus.
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and Redis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Proficiency in English.

We are looking for a Software Developer who plays a key role in designing, building, and evolving our Loyalty and CRM solutions, working closely with product and business teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software.

• Works closely with product managers, analysts and business stakeholders
• Focuses primarily on backend development, while being able to support frontend implementations when needed
• Impacts system design, code quality, and platform scalability

• Acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on software development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud is a plus)
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling (Oracle is a plus)
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Basic to intermediate experience with frontend technologies (React preferred)
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and caching systems (Redis) is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Hands‑on experience or exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
