Job summary

KoçZer Romania SRL is seeking a software engineer to drive end-to-end development within an Agile team. You will design, implement, and maintain features using .NET 8 and React.js while aligning with existing architecture and guidelines.

The role emphasizes clean code, SOLID principles, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AI-assisted development in a collaborative setting with Product Owners and architects. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related computing field is required.
• 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and maintenance/support processes.
• Hands-on with .NET 8 or later versions and SPA with React.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with ORM such as Entity Framework Core and Agile practices.

• Take an active role throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) of software solutions developed within the company.
• As a member of an Agile team, contribute to the design, development, and implementation of features defined by Product Owners, ensuring compliance with the existing architecture, standards, and development guidelines.
• Participate in identifying, researching, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure that the application solutions within the scope of responsibility remain up-to-date with modern technologies and maintain high standards of usability.
• Take initiative in following industry best practices in software design and product development, and proactively identify and recommend potential improvements.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands‑on experience in software development, maintenance, and support processes.
• Experience with Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, and layered architecture.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end software projects developed with .NET 8 or later versions.
• Strong experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience developing applications using NoSQL databases and technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks, preferably with hands‑on experience in React.js.
• Experience with ORM tools, preferably Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with AI-powered software development processes, including AI-assisted coding, and modern AI-native development approaches
• Strong team player who actively shares knowledge and is capable of completing assigned responsibilities on time, with technical accuracy and in alignment with business requirements.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Eager to continuously improve technical skills, follow emerging technologies and industry trends, and effectively apply relevant innovations to day-to-day work.
• Sufficient English proficiency to follow technical documentation, industry literature, and technological developments.
• Preferably experienced in Agile methodologies and comfortable working collaboratively as part of a Scrum team.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.
