Job summary

Tanı is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and evolve our Loyalty & CRM platform, focusing on backend services and cloud-native microservices.

You will work with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable software, participate in architecture decisions, and help ensure quality, performance, and multi-tenant scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases; Oracle a plus.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Front-end familiarity with React is a plus.
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and Redis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for our Loyalty & CRM platform.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with modern engineering practices.
• Own the full development lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems across multiple services.
• Support and extend frontend applications by modifying and integrating components when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Work on a scalable, multi-tenant platform with complex business rules and ongoing microservices transformation.
