Job summary

Voxtechs seeks a Senior Software Analyst to translate business requirements into technical specs and support IT solutions across frontend, backend, and workflows. You will guide the development team, oversee end-to-end delivery, and align IT projects with strategic objectives.

You will analyze requirements, design high-level solutions, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong Java, microservices, and SDLC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, MIS or Mathematics Engineering.
• 3+ years of Java software development and analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with microservice, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth software-based technical analysis (preparing HLD) of solutions to be delivered by agile development team.
• End-to-end delivery tracking to ensure it meets expectations.
• Guide and lead the development team (Development life cycle knowledge is a must).
• Design and identify integration points, API specifications, and workflows during analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that address business needs and IT strategy.
• Ensure delivered tasks are completed on time and within scope.

As an Senior Sofware Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and recommending IT systems and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on understanding stakeholder needs, translating requirements into technical specifications (HLD), and facilitating the implementation of IT solutions.
