Job summary

Paynion, based in Istanbul's DigitalPark Technocity, seeks a Social Media Specialist to own FinansZ and Paynion brands online. You will take posts from idea to copy to visual, growing the audience through social media, performance marketing, SEO, and web.

You'll script and publish content for FinansZ and Paynion across platforms, edit visuals, and contribute to newsletters. This role blends creativity with analytics in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of: social media management, paid advertising, SEO, or web design & editing.
• Basic Photoshop/Illustrator; Canva and CapCut familiarity.
• Able to do simple video editing.
• Creative with strong visual eye and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with social media dynamics, or eager to grow.
• Team player with ownership and good communication.
• Open to learning and developing in digital communication and design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, produce and publish social media content for FinansZ and Paynion.
• Contribute to post idea, copy, visual.
• Create on-brand visuals and short videos with Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and CapCut.
• Turn FinansZ features and customer stories into content that SMEs, e-commerce businesses and accountants actually want to read.
• Monitor accounts daily, engage with the audience and share summary performance reports.
• Provide visual content for the FinansZ website and mobile app, and make basic edits on the website when needed.
• Create e-newsletter and mailing content (visual + copy).
• Follow digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

From our R&D center in Istanbul's DigitalPark Technocity we develop end-to-end software solutions for banks and payment institutions, and we build FinansZ, our own platform where businesses manage payments, banking, pre-accounting, e-documents and order processes in a single panel. We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to own the FinansZ and Paynion brands online — you'll take posts from idea to copy to visual and grow the audience through social media, performance marketing, SEO and web.

What you'll do

• Plan, script, produce and publish social media content for FinansZ and Paynion (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more)
• Contribute to every step of the post pipeline: idea, copy, visual
• Create on-brand creative content (visuals, short videos, motion) with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and CapCut
• Turn FinansZ features and customer stories into content that SMEs, e-commerce businesses and accountants actually want to read
• Monitor the accounts daily, engage with the audience and share summary performance reports
• Provide visual content for the FinansZ website and mobile app, and make basic edits on the website when needed

What we're looking for

Nice to have

• Basic animation with After Effects or similar
• Experience running Meta / Google / LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Interest in fintech, SaaS or B2B marketing
• University degree and/or easy access to Istanbul's Anatolian side
