Qualifications

• Must be a student in Graphic Design or related field with a mandatory internship requirement.
• Intermediate, hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with social media platform format and sizing requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong brand consistency.
• Commitment of at least 3–4 days per week (hybrid/remote flexible).
• Portfolio you can share (school projects or personal work).

Responsibilities

• Design posts, stories and carousels for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn based on the monthly content calendar.
• Produce visuals following brand identity guidelines (color, typography, logo usage).
• Prepare cover images and simple social graphics for blog posts and announcements.
• Iterate on designs based on briefs and feedback from the marketing team.
• Export assets in the correct sizes/formats for each platform (Instagram 1:1, 4:5, Stories 9:16, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support basic video/reel editing (cuts, captions, text animation) when needed.

Istanbul-based B2B software company hiring a Graphic Design Intern to produce on-brand social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, covering a long-term mandatory internship. Hybrid work with mentorship.

Makrops builds enterprise software, SaaS platforms and digital twin solutions from Istanbul. We're looking for an intern to help our marketing team grow its social media presence by regularly producing visual content published on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

This role is designed to fulfil a university mandatory internship requirement and is planned as a long-term (3-6 month) placement. Instead of sandbox assignments, you will work on real posts that go live according to our actual content calendar, with direct feedback from the marketing team throughout.

Responsibilities

• Design posts, stories and carousels for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn based on the monthly content calendar

• Ability to commit at least 3-4 days per week (hybrid/remote flexible)
• A portfolio you can share (school projects or personal work are fine)

Nice to Have

• Also comfortable working in Figma or Canva
• Basic video/motion experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or After Effects
• Following Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook content trends
• Basic copywriting or social media caption‑writing skills
• Prior experience managing a brand's or personal project's social media account
