Job summary

Paynion, a fintech marketing team based in Istanbul, seeks a Social Media Intern to join FinansZ and Paynion accounts. You’ll participate from idea to copy to visuals and learn how a B2B fintech brand grows online.

You’ll plan and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more, create on-brand visuals with Canva, CapCut and Photoshop/Illustrator, and craft stories for SMEs and e-commerce. Hybrid in Istanbul; 30 hrs/week for 6+ months.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a relevant program or being a recent graduate.
• Comfortable with social media dynamics and eager to grow in this area.
• Canva familiarity; basic Photoshop/Illustrator or CapCut is a plus.
• Creative thinking with a good visual eye and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication and ownership.
• Willing to learn and develop in digital communication and design; 30 hrs/week for 6+ months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish social media content for FinansZ and Paynion (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more).
• Contribute to the post pipeline: idea, copy, visual.
• Prepare on-brand visuals and short videos with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Turn FinansZ features and customer stories into simple, engaging content for SMEs and e-commerce businesses.
• Monitor the accounts daily, track comments and messages, and prepare weekly summary reports.
• Support visual content for the FinansZ website, mobile app and e-newsletters.
• Follow digital trends and competitor accounts and bring fresh content ideas to the team.

At Paynion, payment technology meets creativity. From our R&D center in Istanbul's DigitalPark Technocity we develop end-to-end software solutions for banks and payment institutions, and we build FinansZ, our own platform where businesses manage payments, banking, pre-accounting, e-documents and order processes in a single panel. We're looking for a Social Media Intern to work alongside our marketing team on the FinansZ and Paynion accounts — you'll take part in every step of the post pipeline, from idea to copy to visual, and learn how a B2B fintech brand grows online.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Visual Communication Design, Marketing or a related program, or a recent graduate
• Comfortable with social media dynamics, or eager to grow in this area
• Able to use Canva; basic Photoshop/Illustrator or CapCut skills are a plus
• Creative thinking, a good visual eye and attention to detail
• Team player with a sense of ownership and strong communication skills
• Open to learning and keen to develop in digital communication and design
• Able to commit at least 30 hours/week for 6+ months

Nice to have

• A personal or student-club social media account you've grown yourself
• Simple video editing or basic animation (After Effects or similar)
• Interest in fintech, SaaS or B2B marketing
• Easy access to Istanbul's Anatolian side
