Job summary

Paynion, a fintech company developing end-to-end software solutions for banks and payment institutions from its R&D center in Istanbul, is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to contribute to client projects and FinansZ, our ERP product with built-in virtual POS and wallet features.

You will analyze business requirements, create process diagrams, and communicate with the software team while supporting testing and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related program.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.
• When you find a bug, you want to understand why it happened, not just report it.
• Able to commit at least 30 hours/week for 6+ months.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for client projects and FinansZ
• Prepare process flow diagrams and business analysis documents
• Communicate requirements to the software team and answer questions during development
• Track the progress of work and contribute to backlog and sprint processes
• Prepare test scenarios, test completed work, and report the issues you find
• Take part in testing API integrations with banks and payment institutions
• Investigate the root cause of the issues you find together with the software team
