Job summary

Lovie.co is seeking a fully remote Growth/Content specialist to own our channels and brand visuals. You’ll publish to X, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, craft thumbnails, respond to comments within an hour, and build comment-to-DM flows.

Design carousels and graphics in our brand style, report weekly on engagement and performance, and help shape founder-led content. Remote contract through Deel, paid monthly in USD; a short paid trial may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience running social media channels for startups or SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to design engaging visuals in brand style.
• Strong written and visual storytelling for founder-led content.

Job description

Lovie gives founders one place to start and run a company: company formation, cap table, fundraising and the finance tools around them. We're building a small growth team around founder-led content. We need one person who runs our channels, designs for them, and is in the comments every day.

What you'll do

• Publish. Run Lovie's X, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. The brand accounts post product updates, news, announcements and partnerships. You publish by hand; we don't use a scheduler.
• Run YouTube. Upload videos, make thumbnails, and manage comments.(Contents written by a content creator)
• Engage, a lot. Every day, from Lovie's accounts, write thoughtful comments on posts by founders, investors and creators in our space. Draft comment ideas for our founder; he reviews them and posts them himself. Comments should be useful and specific, never spam.
• Answer fast. Monitor our founder's accounts and Lovie's accounts, and reply to comments, mentions and DMs within the first hour.
• Automate the boring part. Build and run comment-to-DM automations (for example ManyChat), so that someone who comments on a post gets the link or resource they asked for.
• Design. Make carousels, announcement graphics, thumbnails and covers in our brand style.
• Report. Send a short report every week covering what went out, engagement, YouTube views, what performed and what to try next.

Nice to have: experience at a startup, SaaS or fintech company.

How we work

• Remote, working with our Head of Growth, our content strategist and our videographer.
• All marketing content goes through a short review before publishing; we'll train you on it.
• Contract through Deel, paid monthly in USD.

If you're selected for the final stage, we'll invite you to a short paid trial:

• Adapt one founder video for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X and LinkedIn. (Thumbnails)
• Design one carousel.
• Set up one comment-to-DM flow.
• Pick 10 recent posts by founders or investors and write the comments you'd leave on them.

We pay $200–400 for the trial.
