Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media/communities.
• Expertise with Instagram management and native language in local market.
• Proficient in Sprinklr for tagging and performance tracking.
• Content creation including on-ground shooting and activation support.
• Experience using publishing/scheduling tools for organic content.
• Strong community engagement and real-time interaction skills.
• Maintains brand voice consistency across communications.
• Local market intelligence and cultural sensitivity awareness.
• Creative ideation and community-first concept development.
• Cross-functional collaboration with insights, creative and media teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels across brands and platforms with community moderation and engagement.
• Finalize content calendars with category director and publish organic content locally.
• Participate in creative briefs and brainstorm community-first concepts from insights.
• Draft captions and respond to comments/DMs to drive engagement.
• Monitor local conversations and trends to identify engagement opportunities with influencers.
• Actively engage with users to foster positive brand sentiment in real time.
• Collaborate with insights, creative, and media teams to reflect local behaviors.
• Ensure proper content tagging in Sprinklr and provide community reports.
• Work with social analysts to adapt strategies based on sentiment data.
• Maintain cultural sensitivity and communicate in native market language.
• Support content creation during shoots, activations, and events.
• Drive platform inspiration by connecting with social platforms for opportunities.
