Job summary

Artmin Madencilik is seeking an experienced Site Contract Administrator to join the Supply Chain team for the Hod Maden Project in Artvin. This role will manage contracts with site contractors and subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to ensure contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in contract management, strong interpretation of legal texts, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP MM, Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, change management, including hands-on contractor and subcontractor management
• Strong ability to interpret legal and contractual texts
• Experience in mining, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Good command of English; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PP) and ERT systems material management module usage knowledge and experience (SAP MM modules must) (Primavera or MS Project is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on site in Artvin, with on-call availability when required

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for site contractors and subcontractors, from preparation to close-out.
• Monitor contractual compliance on site and intervene in case of deviations
• Track contractor performance against budget, schedule, and quality targets
• Handle contract negotiations, revisions, breaches, and disputes in coordination with the legal department
• Report contract performance and updates to Supply Chain Manager
• Achieve coordination between the site contracts team and other Project teams and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements
