Job summary

Nordex Group Türkiye, Türkiye genelinde saha mühendisliği görevini üstlenecek dinamik bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor. Pozisyon, gelişen rüzgar enerjisi projelerinde saha operasyonları ve proje yönetimi desteğini kapsar.

Seyahat gerektiren bu rol, çoklu şehirlerde çalışma ve bağımsız çalışmanın yanı sıra takım içi koordinasyonu da içerir. İngilizce akıcı olmak tercih edilir ve proje bütçesiyle kalite hedeflerine ulaşılması beklenir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and relevant field.
• Experience in operative project execution and site management.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing site operations and maintenance tasks on time and with high quality.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring all permits/authorizations are in place.
• Daily management and progression of site activities to project completion.
• Maintaining accurate assessment of site performance and taking proactive actions.
• Implementing HSE rules on-site and maintaining quality control procedures.
• Achieving site requirements including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Managing resources including parts, tooling and manpower.

Job description

Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Site Engineer within the development of its activities to fill the following position in daily operations/several projects within Türkiye, with the limited contract and as an external employee. This is a mobile positions that requires frequent travel withing Türkiye. Sites can be located in all cities in Türkiye therefore applicants can be from all cities and are expected to be free to travel for short & long term assignments.

Essential Experiences, Skills, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering)
• Experienced in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects either in the civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind turbine or similar industries/energy sector
• Basic knowledge and appreciation of the technical, commercial and political aspects driving the wind industry would be advantageous
• Good computer skills are required, especially MS Office and MS Project
• Fluent in English (further language competencies would be preferable e.g. German)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently, however, with the support from and in permanent cooperation with the other members of the Nordex Project Management Department
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:
