Job summary

Lujo Hotel seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport guests along a defined shuttle route, assist with boarding, and communicate with vehicles using radio devices. You will present a professional image and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must speak English and Russian, be able to work evenings and weekends, hold a valid Class B Driver License, and demonstrate teamwork and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Able to speak English and Russian to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Class B Driver License with active status.
• Good personal presentation and grooming.
• Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a timely shuttle route for guests.
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Operate radio or similar device to coordinate with dealership or other vehicles.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to speak at least 1 or 2 of English and Russian languages at a level to communicate
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Class B Driver License & Active Driver
• Giving importance to personal care,
• Proper Diction, Guest Satisfaction Oriented
• Prone to teamwork & Excellent verbal communication skills
